What to Know About Doğu Anadolu
Eastern Anatolia Region is one of the seven geographical regions of Turkey. It was named as such by the First Geography Congress in 1941 due to its location in the east of Anatolia. It is the region of the country with the lowest population density and population. One of the main effects of this is the large area of the region.
